Dreams can have multiple interpretations based on individual circumstances and emotions, but here is a general interpretation of the dream you described:
The presence of your dog in your room may indicate loyalty and protection, as dogs are often seen as symbols of loyalty and companionship. The fact that you let the dog out when you thought it needed water may suggest your attentiveness to the needs of those around you.
Encountering a wolf outside while the dog was standing on the deck could symbolize feelings of fear or danger in your waking life. Wolves are often seen as symbols of wildness or untamed instincts. The appearance of the wolf could represent a perceived threat or challenge that you are facing.
The sudden appearance of a baby deer, which cuddled against you and was loved by your dog, may symbolize innocence and vulnerability. The deer's presence could represent a need for nurturing and protection, as well as a desire to care for something fragile or delicate in your waking life.
Your emotional reaction of crying and begging to keep the baby deer when your mom arrived suggests a deep emotional connection to the idea of nurturing and caring for something innocent or vulnerable. Your mom instructing you to give the deer corn oil may symbolize a need for practical care or nourishment for the vulnerable aspects of yourself or your life that the deer represents.
Overall, this dream could indicate a desire for protection, nurturing, and emotional connection in your waking life, as well as a need to confront and overcome feelings of fear or danger represented by the presence of the wolf.
